Mainland company, registered in any UAE Emirate, allows doing business on the whole territory of UAE but still mainly requires local partner who must hold at least 51% of the shares.

Branch of Ras al Khaimah Free Zone Limited Liability Company is allowed to do business on the whole territory of UAE. Also, generally, branch is allowed to perform business activities specified in RAK FZ LLC License, but once again certain limitations apply.
